Clearwall Contracting Ltd are specialist fit out and refurbishment sub-contractor who operate primarily in London and around the M25. Our mission is to provide a high-quality delivery of projects for our clients, on time, on budget and snag free.

Established in 2008, we have grown consistently year on year and are looking to expand the business in order to continue taking on more work from our clients.

We now seek a Commercial Manager/Quantity Surveyor to run multiple fit out projects valued between £100k - £1m+.

Duties include:

• Reconcile cost/value reports and profit forecasts.

• Work with the Project Manager with pre-start planning and programming.

• Sub-contract and client commercial management.

• Manage the day to day cost control, monitoring and reporting.

• Measure progress, submit valuations, submit final accounts and retention release and monitor receipt of payment in a timely manner in accordance with the contracts.

• Process subcontractor requests for payment.

• Previous experience in working for an interior fit out sub-contractor preferable.
   

We are offering a salary of £50,000 - £60,000 (Subject to experience)
