Single Glazed Partitions

SG30

The SG30 system is our slimline single glazed partition system comprising of 30mm framework and achieves up to 38dB dependant on glass configuration.

Available with various deflection options, as well as a range of finishes in powder coating or anodised.
SG30 RETRO

The SG30 Retro is the classic SG30 glazing system, with a lattice framework applied in bonded strips. This allows the integrity of our SG30 system but provides a retro industrial feel, a visually different experience, whilst still achieving up to 30dB.

Available with various deflection options, as well as a range of finishes in powder coating or anodised.

SG54

The SG54 system is the 54mm single glazed system that can be used in tandem with the DG54 system on one continuous line, if so required. The SG54 has an offset glazing position that will run on the same line as double glazing of the same system to allow a uniform glazing system. The SG54 is fully demountable with no requirement for silicone, allowing greater flexibility and will achieve up to 38dB.

SG54 RETRO

The SG54 Retro provides a lattice framework applied in bonded strips. This allows the integrity of our SG54 system but provides a retro industrial feel, a visually different experience, whilst still achieving up to 38dB.

Double Glazed Partitions

DG54

The DG54 system is the 54mm double glazed system that can be used in tandem with the SG54 system on one continuous line, if so required. The DG54 system is demountable with no requirement for silicone, allowing greater flexibility. It is a slimmer, sleeker double glazed system, without compromising on acoustics, achieving up to 43dB.

DG54 RETRO

The DG54 Retro provides transoms and a lattice framework applied in bonded strips. This allows the integrity of our DG54 system but provides an industrial feel and visually different experience, whilst still achieving up to 43dB.

DG92

The DG92 is the original double glazed partition system provided by Clearwall using 92mm x 30mm framework with central snap in sections providing optional glass thickness to suit requirements. A solid double glazed partition system capable of achieving up to 47dB.

DG92 RETRO

The DG92 Retro is the classic DG92 glazing system, with an additional transom and a lattice framework applied in bonded strips. This allows the integrity of our DG92 system, but provides an industrial feel and visually different experience, whilst still achieving up to 47dB.

Glass Doors

Our glass doors are available for powder coating in a wide range of RAL colours, other finishes available on request. Our design allows for up to +/- 25mm deflection but can be increased with alternative solutions if required.

CW FSG54

The FSG54 is a framed glass door system, that can be incorporated into any of the Clearwall glazing systems. As with all our doors these are fully demountable and re-locatable [subject to existing floor to ceiling levels].

The framed doors can also be used as stand-alone items or within conventional drywall and joinery applications.

The doors are available with 12mm toughened or 12.8mm toughened acoustic laminate for greater acoustics. These doors are also available to be used with any of the Clearwall ‘Retro’ glazing systems incorporating bonded strips PPC to match framework.

These doors achieve up to 35dB acoustic rating
CW DF54SG

The CWDF54SG is a glass door providing a minimal recessed frame, for use with SG30 glazing system.

A modification to our DF54 frame features a recess for the SG30 glazing to be installed directly into the back of the frame.

This removes the previous u-channel requirement and reduces the visible frame work to provide a neater finish. The design is available using 12mm toughened glass doors with a range of ironmongery including locking facilities and hinge or offset patch fitting options.

The addition of seals to the perimeter and a threshold seal, increases acoustic performance up to 33dB.
CW FG

The CWFG door is a simplistic minimal design that is cost effective. The design available as a 10 / 12 or 15mm frameless glass door system, subject to height requirements.

Using our SG30 head channel over the door opening with a pivot bar, this allows for door rails, along with a range of ironmongery and finishes.

This is typically used in scenarios where acoustics are not a deciding factor.
